Rearrange taskbar buttons and system tray icons with Taskbar Shuffle

In an earlier post, I wrote about Taskix, a neat little utility which allows reordering taskbar tabs easily.

Taskbar Shuffle is a program that goes one step further. It not only allows reordering taskbar tabs, but also system tray icons.
